Team Leader Project Manager (Clinical Supplies) - PA

Salary: $70K-$85K
Location: Pennsylvania-Philadelphia
Clinical packaging and distribution company located near Philadelphia, PA looking for a Team Leader Project Manager to lead the clinical supplies group. Have the opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing and packaging company servicing all the major pharmaceutical companies in the world!
Team Leader Project Manager
Report to Sr. Project Manager
Salary Range: $75K-$85K
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members to ensure timely delivery of clinical supply projects
- Establish goals for direct reports under company vision and initiatives
- Understand and evaluate customer packaging procedures
- Monitor and establish packaging process for customer accounts
- Handle all personnel issues (hiring, conflict resolution, mediation)
- Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Clinical Project Manager
- MUST have direct clinical supplies/clinical packaging experience
- OR experience leading members in clinical trials
- Also MUST have prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role
Education:
- 4 year Bachelors Degree in Business or Science
- Advanced degree (PharmD or MBA) preferred but not necessary
