Support activities and processes associated with control and maintenance of records in the records room. These include receipt, logging, filing, imaging, maintenance, inventory and archival of records.
Preparation and imaging of electronic DHRs (device history records) that are retained in the records room. This activity is fully performed at a sitting workstation.
Solid knowledge of computers and computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Trackwise, SAP and Adobe Acrobat a plus
High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
