Income and Costing Manager

My client is a large Acute Trust located in South Yorkshire. The Trust is about to undergo its contracting round with local commissioners. The client is in need of an income and costing interim manager to join the income team to provide much needed assistance with the process. The candidate will be required to negotiate with the commissioners during the contract negotiations and assist with any queries, and providing responses back to the commissioners.

The ideal candidate will be either a qualified or part-qualified accountant (whilst working towards completing full qualification). The candidate will have extensive experience within the NHS and in the following skill sets:

  • Contracting;
  • Commissioning;
  • PbR;
  • Negotiation of NHS Service Charges;
  • Assessing Financial Implications;
  • Developing Service Level Agreement with external parties;
  • Financial Planning
