<Overview>

As a Sr. Complain Handling Specialist you will be responsible for handling to complaints and inquiries appropriately and train to become the next QA Manager.

<Responsibilities>

  • Handling complaints and inquiries in terms of the Call Center
  • Ensuring accurate and sufficient data entry into GPCMS
  • Assist in management of the outsource in terms of the Call Center and GPCMS
  • In charge of updating / revising SOPs and manuals

<Skills>

  • 3 years' experience in one of the followings; consumer / customer response service, Sales Representative (MR is preferred), Medical Safety, Quality Assurance / Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry is preferable
  • Moderate use of English
